    1. Order Cancellation


    Customers may cancel an order only before it is accepted by the restaurant, store, or merchant.


    Once an order has been accepted, prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted.


    If a merchant cancels the order due to unavailability of items, operational constraints, or any other valid reason, the customer will be notified, and a refund will be processed automatically if payment was made in advance.


    MrHomeDelivery reserves the absolute right to cancel any order due to:


    Technical system errors,


    Suspected fraudulent activity,


    Incorrect pricing or listing errors,


    Inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer,


    Operational limitations or safety concerns.


    The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from such cancellations.


    2. Refund Eligibility


    Refunds may be approved under the following verified circumstances:


    The order was not delivered due to reasons attributable to the merchant or delivery partner.


    The wrong item was delivered, subject to internal verification and evidence.


    The merchant was unable to fulfill the order after payment was collected.


    The product delivered was damaged, spoiled, or contaminated, provided the customer submits clear photo/video evidence within 30 minutes of delivery.


    Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:


    Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery address provided by the customer.


    Customer was unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery.


    Customer changes their mind after the order is accepted or dispatched.


    Food or product has been fully or partially consumed.


    Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, natural events, or situations beyond the control of the Company.


    Claims made after the stipulated evidence submission timeframe.


    The Company reserves the right to reject refund claims that lack proper evidence, are fraudulent in nature, or do not comply with this Policy.


    3. Refund Process


    All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.


    Processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution involved.


    Customers must contact support at info@mrhomedelivery.com

     with their Order ID, registered phone number, and a detailed explanation of the issue to initiate a refund request.


    Once approved, the customer will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.


    MrHomeDelivery may request additional evidence, such as photos, videos, or communication logs, before approving a refund.


    4. Late or Missing Refunds


    If a refund has not been received within the expected timeline, customers should:


    Verify the payment method or bank account used.


    Contact their bank or payment provider, as internal processing may delay credit.

     with complete details so the Company can assist in tracking the refund.


    The Company is not responsible for delays attributable to banks or payment processors.


    5. Dispute Resolution


    All refund-related disputes will be reviewed by DVV Global Pvt. Ltd., taking into consideration:


    Merchant confirmation,


    Delivery partner statements,


    App records,


    Photographic/video evidence,


    System logs.


    MrHomeDelivery’s decision regarding refund eligibility, amount, and settlement shall be final and binding on all parties.


    Any attempt to misuse or abuse the refund system may result in account suspension, refusal of service, or legal action.


    6. Policy Changes and Amendments


    DVV Global Pvt. Ltd. reserves the sole right to modify, update, or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time, without prior notice.


    The revised Policy will be published on the MrHomeDelivery website and mobile application.


    Customers are responsible for reviewing the Policy periodically to stay informed of updates.


    The “Effective Date” at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the most recent changes.
